Antique Victorian Sterling Silver & Green Cut Crystal Dual Chamber Scent Bottle
This stunning perfume bottle was hand made in the Victorian Period at the end of the 19th Century. It features a hand cut green crystal dual scent chamber covered by a repousse Sterling Silver hinged cap on one side and a screw cap on the other. The piece is in very good condition with one dent to one of the caps and a few flea bites on the glass.
Noble ladies would carry those bottles in their purses with one chamber containing their favorite scent and the other filled with smelling salts. The emerald green colored crystal glass is extremely rare.
This antique beauty measures 3 3/4" long and weighs 50.7 grams.
