This hand colored glass slide is an ORIGINAL and it is NOT a reproduction. It was created to be projected onto the movie theatre screen before the film was released to promote the "coming attraction". Some people in the movie collectible world have said, that, glass slides are much rarer than the paper poster memorabilia from the same film and are very rare pieces of film history.

Glass Slide: 3 1/4" x 4"
Plot Summary:
Young Danny leads an Army detail into a trap enabling his brother Steve and his gang to capture their load of gattling guns. Tim and Chito capture the brothers but don't find the guns. Tim takes over care of the boy hoping he will lead a new life and tell where the guns are located. Just when is appears to be working, Tim learns Danny has helped his brother escape.
Trivia
:
In one shot Tim Holt is riding his horse and wearing a denim jacket. In the next shot the jacket is gone, but a few shots later it's back on him again.
The film was originally called Gun Runners. Holt was meant to make Stagecoach Kid first but that was pushed back so he could make this.

Tim Holt was an actor from the 1920s to the 1970s. He was the son of Columbia star Jack Holt, and he appeared in one of his dad's movies when he was 10 years old, playing his father's character as a boy. He next appeared in movies in 1937 when he was 18, and he soon graduated to B-westerns, but he had two great triumphs in A-movies: The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, and The Magnificent Ambersons. Some of his other movies include: Stagecoach, My Darling Clementine, and Stella Dallas. He passed away in 1973 at the age of 54.
